Surah Kahf (The Cave)Â
Introduction:
Surah Kahf is the 18th Surah in the Quran Pak, It is the great story of a companion. The name of this Surah comes from the meaning of “the crow” (cavity). This Surah was revealed in Medina and it has 110 Verses. Surah Kahf is written in the Arabic language and an innocent story is also included with the composition of the Qur’anic narration and deep explanation. One main significance of this Surah is that this Surah takes 70,000 angels.

The following are some of the sayings of the Holy Prophet PBUH regarding the virtues and properties of Surah Al-Kahf.
Bara Bin Azib narrated that, Asid ibn Hafir once recited Surah Al-Kahf in his house during the time of the Holy Prophet PBUH. A horse was tied to his house. When he heard the recitation, he shook his legs and neck with joy. A cloud came over the house and cast a shadow. He told it to the Holy Prophet PBUH.
